  • From a photographer’s perspective, the Columbus Georgia Convention Center is a fantastic venue for a dream wedding. It’s definitely valuable to have good parking access, spacious rooms, and a very accommodating staff, but there is something magical about being able to capture joy and happiness in a historical vibe setting. Right off the Riverwalk, this venue naturally offers plenty of stunning and romantic views.

  • Our event at the Columbus Iron Works is a beautiful space inside and out. The Iron Works Ballroom was the perfect space for our company event. We were able to accommodate all attendees with comfort and ease.

  • I really loved the Civil War Era building and the new and very up-to-date Convention Center. The rustic charm of the old beams and pulleys mixed with the new convention hall and meeting rooms that we used for the membership was incredible. The 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment members are guests really enjoyed our visit to Columbus, Georgia and Fort Benning.

  • I really wasn't sure if everything I imagined for my wedding would actually come true. But, when I walked into the trade center Saturday afternoon, it was everything I imagined and more. I had so many people tell me it was the best wedding they had ever been to. The trade center worked with me to make everything I want come true, even the last minute changes! I couldn't be happier with my venue choice!

  • My wedding day was everything I dreamed it could be. I never planned on having my ceremony and reception in the same place, especially in the same room, but once I saw the beauty of the North Hall, I fell in love with the idea of having it all there. The room itself was so pretty that I didn't have to go overboard with decorations, flowers, etc, saving a lot of money in the end. Also, the outdoor scenery made a perfect setting for our "first look" and for some beautiful wedding party pictures.

The venue was perfect, the food was delicious, and the staff was very helpful during my whole planning process as well as the day of. I'd highly recommend using the Columbus Convention and Trade Center as the backdrop to the most important day of your life!

  • I had a wonderful experience having my wedding at the Trade Center. I had my ceremony and reception all in the same room which made the transition super easy and enjoyable for everyone. The North Hall was prefect for my wedding, it is rustic with an elegant feel and very spacious. The food was also exceptional, and has been at any event I've ever attended at the Trade Center. It was an unforgettable night!

  • I loved getting married in such a historic venue. The rooms are so beautiful, they don't require much decoration outside of centerpieces. It was so easy getting married in the same building as the reception! The area outside of the Trade Center looks so great in wedding photos, all of the architecture is so beautiful!

  • Although I no longer resided in the area, it was never an issue with reserving event rooms and equipment or selecting catering needs. The Trade Center staff and affiliates made the process seamless by being very informative and responsive all communications. Overall, it was a pleasant experience working with the Trade Center for my wedding ceremony and reception.
