A Day to Remember // Heather & Zac
Cheers to Heather and Zac!
“His parents and my dad went to college together so his family was our first friends when we moved to south Florida. From our first dinner at Chilis, I knew he was special. He has made me laugh harder than anyone else! He was actually my high school crush but we didn’t start dating until after we graduated high school!
When I told him my family and I were moving back to Georgia, he was very supportive and told me that we can make long distance work. I knew this was going to be a make or break thing for us. After being months apart, I knew I couldn’t live without him. He is the love of my life and my best friend, so I knew he was really serious about me when he followed me back to Columbus, Georgia a year and a half later!”
Heather and Zac’s wedding is definitely a day to remember. The Iron Works Balcony was transformed into a beautiful industrial garden full of romantic decor. The aisle had a touch of baby’s breath and greenery which complimented the rustic nature of the Trade Center. The gorgeous bride looked stunning in her dress and her groom very handsome as they first laid eyes on each other. Heather recalled back to her favorite moment from her wedding day, “Seeing my husband! As soon as we did our first look, our nerves went away! He looked so handsome and I loved how he looked at me all misty-eyed. I was surprised to see him get emotional again as I walked down the aisle as well”. The ceremony ended with emotional “I do’s” and a cheer from family and friends.
As the wedding party entered the Center Hall for the reception the intimate details from the string lights that hung above to the gorgeous centerpieces was absolutely breathtaking. The evening continued with laughter, dancing and ended with the beautiful couple surrounded by sparklers as Mr. and Mrs. Cain shared a true love’s kiss!
